Hi, I have regulary struggled with falling asleep throughout my life. I always thought that it was no fault of my own and I was just unlucky. This blue light kept tricking my brain into thinking that it was daytime leading to long periods of lying in bed before actually falling asleep.
A few small adjustments such as having a book light when reading before bed helped to make the bedroom much more relaxed and ready for sleep. Also, when waking up in the night to go to the toilet or get a drink, having a small bedside light as opposed to a main bedroom one really helped to reduce how much I was woken up and helped me get back to sleep quickly after.
These small changes have really improved my sleep quality significantly and this has made a big difference to my productivity, mood and overall life in general.
